How can I delete my account with Scripbox?

You can delete your Scripbox account by emailing us at help@scripbox.com. You can also call us at 1800-102-1265 or whatsapp us on +91-8884448026. 

Upon receiving your request from the registered email ID with Scripbox, we will delete your account and all its data within 1 working day and send you a confirmation. One of us may also reach out to you by phone or e-mail to understand your reasons for closure better.

Please note that in case any investment instruction (including an incomplete or failed one) is present in your account, we will not be able to delete your account. This is in line with processes followed by all financial firms. But, we will close the account and ensure that you don’t receive any emails or phone calls from our end.
