I want to update the email linked to my investments, how can I do this?

You can update your email id with Scripbox and Mutual fund companies by following the below steps :

1. Login to Scripbox account

2. Click on Settings -> Personal Information ->Email id and Click on Edit - using Web Version

3. Click on Profile -> Personal Information ->Email id and click on Edit - using the App

4. Update the new email address and authenticate with the OTP and Update the Changes

Once the request is raised in the Scripbox account, the customer will receive a link to download the “Email change” letter on the registered email id. The customer should download the letter, sign it and send it to us along with the self-attested PAN card copy.

The scanned copies would suffice the requirement. It will take approximately 2 weeks for your new email address to be updated in our and the mutual fund companies’ records. After this process is complete, all emails will go to your new email ID.
