I want to change my contact details registered with Scripbox, how do I do this?

You can update your email with Scripbox by following the below steps:

1. Log in to your Scripbox account

2. Click on Profile tab (1) > Personal Information (2) under profile settings

3. Click on Email (if your current email is not verified, you will see "Verify" here, and will have to verify your email.

4. Enter your new email 

5. On clicking “Update”, you will be prompted to confirm if an email change linked to your investments is required 

6. If not, your email with Scripbox will get updated after verifying the OTP sent to your updated email. 


Note: This change in Email will only reflect for Scripbox communications and will not change your email in your investment account (i.e. the email linked to your investments) This process is complete, all emails/SMS will go to your new email ID/contact number.
