Procedure for Address Change Request

Kindly raise the address change request from your Scripbox account by following the below steps via the app : 

1. Login into your Scripbox account.
2. Click on Profile - Under Investors - Click on your Name - Under Investments - Click on Scripbox
3. Click on Address - Click on Change - Enter the new address - Update Changes.


To update your new address in your KYC as well as at the folios in which you have been investing,  kindly share the below mentioned documents to process the address change request further:

1.  KYC form: Please affix a photograph and sign across the same and also sign on the first and second page in the given slot. Please do not fill in any details, we do the needful as per the documents which you will share with us.


2. Address Change request letter: Once you raise the request, you will receive the link via a separate email to your registered email id with Scripbox. Click on the link, download the form, sign on it and share the same with us.

3. Self-attested and notarised copy of the Aadhaar card (colour copy) where QR code is clearly visible


List of your address proofs with self-attestation and notarisation e.g. Aadhar card, driver’s license, passport, and voter ID card.


4. Self-attested and notarised copy of PAN card

Please share the scanned copies first. Post confirmation, we will confirm with you to share the physical copies to the below office address.

This takes 13-15 working days to update your new address in your KYC at KRA and once the address is updated in KYC, this will take another 7 working days to update your new address at the folios in which you have been investing.
